Shipping Policy
We will package all orders to the best of our ability.
All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days and sent via Australia Post. Delivery times are either 3-8 business days with Regular Shipping or 2-5 business days with Express Shipping.
After the order has been confirmed, the customer will be sent an email with a shipping tracking code supplied by Australia Post. The estimated time of arrival will be given on Australia Post's website using this code.
Returns
Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to every order. The summary below explains how we run things in practice.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 14 days of dispatch with a photo and your order number. We replace, refund, or credit at your choice, and we cover postage.
Wrong condition
If a card arrives in worse condition than listed, email a photo within 7 days. We'll either swap it for the correct grade if available or refund the difference between the graded condition and the actual condition.
Change of mind
Singles aren't returnable for change of mind once dispatched. Sealed product is returnable within 14 days as long as it's sealed and unopened: return postage at buyer's cost, refund minus original shipping.
